A large number of youngsters flew in on broomsticks, or magically appeared in a puff of smoke, to attend Honeywood's 2014 Spooky Afternoon. Great fun was had by all, and concentration, smiles and laughter outweighed the screeching banshee's and vampire's wails!
Activities included arts and crafts, storytelling and the infamous bad Halloween jokes trail - all were dared to go down the creepy corridor!
Local artist Simon Honey ran a great workshop on making a Grim Reaper Scarecrow, and throughout the event lots of information about the many Halloween traditions was available. All for free!
