Honeywood Museum is currently closed for refurbishment, having been awarded a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. During this period the staff from Honeywood will be out and about with outreach exhibitions and activities

Excavation at the Oaks, Oaks Park, Carshalton
Come and see an archaeological excavation by the Carshalton and District Archaeology Society and the Friends of Honeywood Museum. The excavation will explore the foundations of the Earl of Derby’s House and look for the cock pit that he is supposed to have built in his dining room
